When running multiple applications simultaneously, you can set the priority of the programs you've run. Keep in mind, each program requires different priorities and resources. For example, Adobe Photoshop program requires more power than any other program winword.exe or a lighter. When the duration of the program run longer than any other application programs, will be more effective if you make a setting priorities for running multiple application programs simultaneously.
Priorities in question is how the OS determines how the processor or divide work among multiple applications simultaneously. In general, applications are arranged in priority (normal). You can increase your computer's performance by setting a higher priority (normal).
Steps to set the priority of the application program as follows:
- Run multiple programs.
- Determine the priority of programs you run, for example in terms of capacity, long, or the intensity of running application programs.
- Press [Ctrl + Alt + Del] to display the Task Manager.
- Select Tabs Applications, and highlight programs that are prioritized.
- Right click the program, then select Go to Process.
- Right-click process that has been highlighted, then select a Set Priority.
- When you set the priority of an application is higher (above normal), process will take more time to prioritize programs that have been selected instead of running other applications.
